  • Vendor-agnostic by design: OutSail partners with 220+ HR tech vendors, including every market leader. Every vendor in our network has signed an identical commission agreement, which means we earn the same regardless of who wins your deal.

  • Paid services, when you need them: For clients who need deeper support — like enterprise-grade selection rigor, process optimization, or fractional services — the broker model subsidizes the engagement, so our fees run roughly half of what traditional HR consultancies charge.
